Gloria from Errand Runners has been helping my elderly mother get out of her apartment and go swimming in a nearby pool. She's been extremely patient and kind, and it's a game-changer for my mother to have that kind of help. I so appreciate Gloria and Errand Runners for being there when I and my siblings can't be!

Errand Runners provides brief care for our Aunt seven days a week, providing meals and medication management. On two occasions now, our Aunt has ended up in the ER. On both occasions, I called to let the caregivers know that their client was not at home. Sara and Caroline both detoured to Kaiser (2 separate instances) and found our Aunt. They stayed with her, and kept us in the loop as to what was happening. Both of these women had planned to work a one hour shift, and willingly (and kindly) stayed for 4 to 5 hours, ensuring that our Aunt got home and settled in. They care for their client as if she is their grandmother.

I had the pleasure of booking with Bernise and Allison. My father is ailing and he needed a complete reset in his home. They organized every closet and cabinet. They cleaned the house from top to bottom, bathroom, kitchen including the fridge, oven and stove. Additionally they folded clothes and organized his clothes. They were the absolute best. They never rested or even sat down. I would recommend them to anyone!

Berenise came to my home and did an absolutely fantastic job organizing and cleaning. She listened to what I needed, I got out of the way, and I returned home later to find that she had over-delivered. I was astonished at how much she got done in four hours. I’m grateful to Berenise and the Errand Rumners Unlimited team for helping me make my home more comfortable and organized. I’ve engaged these fine people a few times over the last few years and I can confidently say that they pay very close attention to ensuring clients have a positive experience. A big part of that is ensuring that they have high-quality, talented people: considerate, kind, and supremely capable. MUCH appreciated.

Amazing! I was introduced to Errand Runners by a friend. Today was the second time Berenice cleaned my house and she is fabulous! I think sometimes it’s hard when you have habits and expectations and someone new comes into your home. Berenice makes it easy, checking in occasionally, doing more than expected, remembering what you mentioned last time. She is a treasure! I look forward to using Errand Runners for other tasks in the future and have recommended them to several other friends. Everyone I have come in contact with is thoughtful, professional and engaged in what they do.

Errand Runners did a phenomenal job !! My first cleaning !! Sooo happy!! Bernice and Kayla were beyond excellent!!! We have been using Errand Runners for a while now! Don’t know what I’d do without them!! Our house is impeccably, clean and organized every time Bernice comes. Wish we had started with them years ago!! Bernice is excellent!! Jolene and her crew are AMAZING! We've used them for a move-out cleaning, a move-in cleaning, and to help pack up a relative's home. On every occasion they've been professional, communicative, and thorough. Really the best cleaners we've ever had. And for the stressful situation of having to pack up and empty a loved one's apartment, they made what would have taken us 2-3 weeks into a single-day job, including renting a trailer, helping us unload everything into storage, and even taking the rest to the dump. Jolene is a get-it-done doer who has created a great business. She's definitely our first call every time.

Errand Runners was there for my family during a critical time when my father was on hospice. Jolene and her team were incredibly responsive and compassionate and stepped up with less than 24 hours notice to provide round the clock care and support our family during an incredibly challenging time. We would have never been able to navigate such a stressful event without their calm and steadying assistance. Highly recommend!

Errand Runners and specifically Caroline is an absolute life-saver for our family. All the ladies are so amazing and take such great care of our Nana. The company management is also extremely flexible and accommodating to work with. My Nana and her main caregiver Caroline have such a strong and beautiful bond and seeing her and doing fun things with her makes her so happy. Not only will she take her on fun day trips to Monterey or San Francisco but she’s really my go-to for everything big or small for my Nana when I’m out of town. I couldn’t do it without her and I truly couldn’t recommend Errand Runners more.

Had a hard time finding someone who could drive and accompany me to an outpatient medical procedure until I was pointed towards Errand Runners. Jolene called me within 30 minutes of submitting my request, clearly explained the program, and had a driver all set. Caroline, my driver, arrived early and made sure all my needs were met. I can't say enough how positive this whole experience was and will be a repeat customer should the need arise.

I love ERRAND RUNNERS UNLIMITED! As a young 78 year old client for almost two years, I have been gifted with the dedicated, enthusiastic yet professional caregivers who come twice a week to my home. They provide me with transportation and support to grocery, bank and especially vet appointments which Uber/Lyft drivers often hesitate to provide. I especially want to thank Gloria and Penny who have been the epitome of compassionate, heartfelt caregivers in my changing lifestyle. With their humorous, gentle reminders I have felt a part of an extended family where respect translates into warm companionship and conversation. And a big thank you to Jolene and Rachel who in their administrative skills provided seamless assistance when my daughter was out of country. You all have been angels in my life!!!! Thank you.

We are so grateful for our caregiver Miss Sarah from Errand Runners! She is incredibly kind and gracious, and her warm personality lights up the house. Her playful banter with Uncle Rick is infectious—their laughter fills every room and makes our home feel brighter whenever she’s here. From day one, Joleen and her team at Errand Runners impressed our family. We needed help with our Aunt who was in assisted living and transitioning back to her home. Jolene and the team members we had the opportunity to work with, Rachel & Daisa, were kind, professional and easily established rapport with my Aunt who has dementia. Errand runners took her to medical appointments as well as to her beautician. They picked up and delivered medications from the pharmacy. The communication is always concise and the scheduling is straight forward. The follow through is first rate! Thank you Errand Runners for the wonderful TLC!

Excellent! As a senior im very grateful i found them. Need help cleaning out sheds, moving boxes, reaching items too high up for me. Trust them completely...will definitely be using their services again and again. Reasonable prices....great value. Would give 10 stars if i could.😎
